Endo Specialist Recommendation

Hi,

I'm new to this and keen to get some information. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo and bilateral endometriomas last year. I am struggling with fertility and was referred to a BSGE centre for investigation. Following a diagnostic lap I was advised to try for a baby by IVF first before I have any further surgery. I went to a well known private specialist for a second opinion and their advice differed! Im now left not knowing what to do. Having read on here that some doctors may not be as experienced as others at some accredited clinics i am looking for some recommendations of doctors please. I am aware you can't post names etc on here but a private message would be gratefully received.
