So I have endometriosis and I have been on the pill (bislovi) for over a year with no period at all. Suddenly, a few days ago, I started again and it is only getting worse with each day. Crippling pain and nausea and black outs, the whole 9 yards. I have had 4 surgeries in the past 2 or 3 years for endo and large cysts, causing me to have one of my ovaries removed, so I am just a little paranoid something is wrong again. Can endometriosis grow back and bring on pain so suddenly? Is this just a common thing that happens after being on birth control for so long?
Thank you!

Unfortunately yes it can grow back if there was any little bit that was missed or hiding when you had surgery, that's why they say there is no cure for this thing.
I myself am at stage four and have been bed ridden for the past few months so
Know how you are feeling, it could also be scar tissue causing the pain from all your Surgery's or Adenomiosis which can develop after surgery, hope you feeling better soon and your flare up does not last long.
