Progesterone weight gain

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has the same issue I'm having. Since I have been put on the progesterone only pill or mini pill I've put all the weight I lost at the beginning of the year back on so I'm feeling really bad about myself right now. Has anyone else experienced weight gain on the mini pill? If so has anyone found a way to battle it? I can't seem to shift the weight even going the gym 5 days a week and dieting!

Yes I agree I've put on a stone and half but not sure how to shift it xx
