Pain in bum during period

I noticed during my period occasionally I'll get a weird feeling in my bum lol. I thought it was gas at first but it's like a feeling of pressure that lasts around 10 seconds and then goes away. It's weird. It's not the most comfortable

I'm awaiting a transvaginal scan next week as I have done fluid around my left ovary. Could all this be related a cyst or endo?

Have you had a manual exam for any internal recto vaginal nodules?

No,

Because of the ovary fluid I think they want to check that out first to check if it's not a cyst pressing on a nerve or endo

Hey

I get really weird almost contraction-like spasms which lay about 30 seconds when my poo is ready to come. This has been happening to me for years. It's a pain that seizes up my whole body and I literally can't move until it passes. I can't quite describe it, only that it must be what a contraction feels like (I've never had one yet). Anyways I am being investigated for endo now so I will find out what it is and update. Sorry to hear of your pains darling xxxx
