Mini pill advice please

Hi

I have had ( stage 4) endo for 10 years but always controlled it fairly well with hormones, combined pill and my two pregnancies.

I had a nasty flare up of pelvic/ back pain with bloating this May and was advised to go on the mini pill. ( Feanolla) It did the trick and settled things down. I was still getting periods but much lighter and less painful. It all seemed to be too good to be true and then bam I have been hit hard by another flare. At first I thought it was my back but the bloating kicked in ( I look 7 months pregnant) and this has now lasted two weeks. I've started to spot either red or brown blood in the last few days. Pain is constant.

If anyone has a similar experience of the mini pill or if anyone bloats up like this please get in touch. Feel very depressed and lonely but determined to sort this out. Drs have been very unhelpful and simply advise more pain killers which I believe only masks the problem. Is a laparoscopy my only answer?
