Bleeding after diagnostic laparoscopy

Hi. I am 3 days post op from my laparoscopy. Have had one in the past and found endo all over, it's been 7 years since and doc said I am clean and he only saw the remains of a ruptured cyst so only one incision and lots of looking around but nothing more. My question is, what is normal bleeding? I am not soaking through or anything, I actually don't get much on the pads but it's when I use the restroom and wipe that is concerning. It is bright fresh blood, etc. I'm assuming since I am not bleeding out like crazy things may be ok? But wasn't sure about it and why it's really only happening when I wipe. Thanks!

I think this is quite normal 3 days after a lap but if you are at all concerned please contact your GP or hospital xxx

It sounds normal. I've had 2 laps and bleed for a few days after really heavily. Mine was also bright and fresh.

Bit grim but after the first one I got up to go to the loo in the hospital and noticed they'd put a pad huge under me that was soaked through and my legs were covered. Freaked me out so badly but the nurses said that it was ok. When the surgon came to explain how the lap went he told me it was normal to have a bleed for a few days after because as unsettling as it is when there looking around inside there not very gentle and pull everything around a bit.

If its still happening in a few days or you start getting really bad pain or a temperature then talk to your GP or the hospital x

I am still bleeding the same way and I am 3 days post op as well. It is normal.
