Pain question

Hey ladies, I'm finishing up the week after my period, so the week whatever adhesions have been made last week are healing and whatnot...

yesterday I got violently ill while trying to eat a meal and was throwing up with so much force, I had a small amount of blood at the end.

Today, I am in agony. It feels like the first day my period ended, not the end of that week. Is it possible that I tore something that was healing internally? That seems the most logical answer I can come up with, but this is still all kind of new to me. I just thought I'd ask in case anyone else had any experience that was similar.
