Pain

I'm struggling today with period pain I have the coil which since I had it 2 minus ago has been terrible pain, and today is bad no painkillers are helping

Have you tried lying flat andtrying to relax that area. I use a hot water bottle and rub it gently.

I got a coil fitted about a month ago. Haven't had kids so my uterus is small. I find it gets a bit sore at times but relaxing the muscles seems to ease it off.

Painkillers don't seem to work cause it dont think it's a painkiller type pain. I think it's more the muscle pushing on it.

Thank u yeah tryed laying flat I've got terrible period pain I use heat patches
