High FSh of 80

Hi I've just been to see my consultant for follow up, had right ovary and tube removed 4th April along with removal of a cyst and sorted endo, recovered ok, till early June thought I was pregnant lots of symptoms inc my love of coffee made me feel very sick but negative test but symptoms continued, had bloods done Tuesday to find out tonight my fsh is at 80 and my other levels are really low he said I couldn't possibly be pregnant and more than likely my remaining ovary wasn't working, he wants me to try taking tibolone for 2months,feeling rather devastated tonight, he also said my chances of falling pregnant were very slim 😞 Has anyone else gone through something similar?? I'm still cramping and belly is bloated.
