Severe endometriosis and fertility chances?

Hi everyone, I had a laparoscopy just over a week ago to remove two cysts (one on either ovary). However, when they got in there they saw I have severe endometriosis and therefore just drained the cysts instead of removing. They didn't remove any endometriosis as they know me and my husband are currently trying for our first baby. They did the test with the blue ink (not sure what its called!) and apparently one of my Fallopian tubes was blocked (probs due to endo scarring) but one is running clear. Trying to stay hopeful and hang on to the fact one of my tubes is normal, but struggling to not think about the possible further complications and the fact that my endo is severe. Has anyone got any similar stories but have gone on to conceive and have children? Just after some reassurance that this isn't as bad as I'm thinking it is! 😬😞 Thanks in advance 😊

Hi, i had endo stage 4 and now have a 5 month old little girl.

I had similar situation where after my laparoscopy i was told nothing could be done because endo was to severe(bowels, bladder, ovaries etc)

I ended up on prostap injections for 8 months and then on contraception(mirena) for over 2 years, and the decided to try for a baby.

At that point i had the mirena removed. I fell pregnant after a year.

I think i was lucky, but it's not impossible to get pregnant with severe endo.

Good luck!

Ps. I didn't have any issues with my tubes as far as i know but the ovary that was active almost every month had a lot of scaring from endo which could stop it realising eggs. Still, I managed to get pregnant.
