Saying Hi, newly diagnosed after long time chasing Drs.

Think in some ways I am a classic diagnoses. Painful heavy periods as a teen, several pills tried and implant to control them. All would work well for so long then breakthrough bleeds and on/off abdo pain.

Had a ectopic few years ago. Convinced my sharper pain and long and sometimes heavy periods was due to endo or adhesions. GPs often fobbed me off or changed the pill.

Recently pain getting worse almost like frequent UTIs but with vaginal bleeding. Started to query my fertility and pushed for a lap. Endo diagnose and "blasted" around my ovaries, ligament and left over tube declared patent.

Lap was 5 daya ago bloat pretty much gone by now have stabbing in like the top of each of my hips?!?!! On/ off generally bruised all over pain and some ovary pain (like if I was ovulating) but equal both sides. Externally I am bruised quite a lot.

I am keen to try and conceive but last had a period 1/6 and no idea when next one due as only just off pill, can the lap upset a cycle or cause me to ovulate again and skip a period?

Will browse this site as now diagnosed hopefully can find more info and very keen to try a "endo friendly" diet.
