Herbal remedies to relieve Endo pain?

Hi everyone, I just wondered if anyone has tried any herbal/homeopathic remedies to help relieve pain of endo? I'm in the early stages I.e. not yet officially diagnosed through Laparoscopy but I've been suffering for years, had all manner of tests, scans to be told there's nothing wrong with me. I finally got my GP to refer me to a gynaecologist and I'm due to see him again in May after trialing the pill for three months without a break. This hasn't changed anything about my symptoms at all! I'm hoping when I see him he'll agree to the lap so we can find out the extent of it.

I'm wheat intolerant and have recently found that I get really ill on dairy as well which has a knock on effect on Endo. I've read about the endo diet and completely removed my intake of caffeine (no more chocolate ) & red meat and I'm at the stage now where I feel like I can't eat anything, I'm in constant pain and the continuous pill has made no difference. So, I'm wondering now if there's any kind of homeopathic remedy that will help relieve the systems so I can attempt to live a normal life. Thanks

hi , sorry to hear you're having such a rotten time. I've been trying to adopt a holistic approach too but its still early days as had lap/op 2 months ago. If you want to try essential oils I've heard geranium and clary sage are really good. I've been inhaling them and using with coconut oil as a massage on stomach which I think helps. I've also heard certain herbs are good which detox the liver because it means your body has to do less work getting rid of toxins and you can make a tea with them (just google herbs and Endo) . Ginger is good for inflammation too. Hope this help, let me know how you get on x
