Endometriosis/ laparoscopy 3 months ago.

I am 17, and in January I went in to get several cysts removed off my ovaries. When they went in with scopes, they had realized that all of the cysts had formed into one on each side, both the size of my doctors fists. (Think of a man in his 20's, that size of hands) They had to then open me up. I have a 6 inch insicion across my abdomen. it's been 3 months and in the left side, where the knot was from the stitching, i have a bump and can sometimes remove the dead skin and get just a little drainage out. Every time i cough or sneeze, i get a sharp pain on my left side of the insicion, kinda deep in like it's my ovary too. the sharp pain lasts about 3 seconds but it's so excruciating. I am on lupron treatment so i do not have periods, im going on my second month with the shot and hormonal pills. Something else is for the last 2 years, i get sick almost every time i eat, or i get sharp stabbing pains in my stomach. has anybody else experienced this? my mother and i both think that my hormones are so messed up that my body thinks it's pregnant and it's like morning sickness, not being able to keep anything down. I'll add a photo of what my cysts looked like.
