No periods but still in pain

I haven't had a period since early December since I started on the Cerelle mini pill, yet almost every day I have pain in my lower back and pelvic area. Everyone who has experience of endometriosis talks about horrendous periods, which mine have never been. Does anyone else get pain whilst not having periods?

Hi, yes I currently have had pain for a week without my periods. No ultrasound done yet so not sure if its a cyst issue in ovary or just endo spreading.. For half a year been using progesterone cream which helped a lot with mood swings and weight but having used Cerazette for almost 10 years practically took all my pain with periods away.
