Hi ,

Got diagnosed with cyst on left ovary -5.7 cm.Got laproscopy done and it's been 1.5.

What care should i take about my health/diet?

What excercise can be done for the growing tummy? Can i even do the excercise?

Everyone is talking about weight gain,i didn't gain any or lost any.

Kindly suggest.
