Anything for pain?

I was taking Amitriptyline for pain but after telling my GP it didn't help I was taken off it completely.

I take already codeine, paracetamol, ibuprofen and buscopan. Heartburn and indigestion tablets for when I feel sick as well as using heat pads, hot water bottles and microwave bean bears.

I don't really know what options I have left to help my pain??

If anyone has any ideas of anything over the counter or that I can ask my GP about would be great :)

I use diclofenac suppositories with mefenamic acid and co-codamol. They are really good. I've also been given tramadol and dihydrocodeine but I try to avoid these as I need to be semi functional to look after my kids.
