Adenomyosis?

Hi everyone. I had my laparoscopy yesterday (thanks again to everyone who helped me to prepare for that - herbal tea is my new best friend!) and they found and removed endometriosis from several sites. When I got home I noticed that the report says "uterus in retroversion, adenomyotic". I knew about retroversion bit but does "adenomyotic" mean that I now have adenomyosis as well as endometriosis??

I have a follow up appointment in three months but I plan to call the clinic on Monday and try to speak to a nurse so it would be good to know what I'm dealing with

I would interpret this as adenomyosis but it would be good to check with them to see xx
