Brown Spotting before/after period

Hello endo sisters!

I know brown spotting is common with endometriosis which i do have and i am waiting for excision surgery this year, but has any of you found anything that helped/reduced with the spotting?

Supplements?

I haven't found anything, however I herd supposedly cloth pads can bring down flow because commercial pads contain chemicals which irritate the uterus and screw up hormones.

You could try that, otherwise eat estrogen eliminating foods like broccoli, mushrooms, and fermented food.

The problem with supplements is that endo is known to convert androgens into estrogen so it's more difficult to find one that works for you.

I tried fish oils for a bit and regardless of being on 2 birth control pills everyday to stop cycling I started cycling all over again.

It's been 7 years with endless brown, black and light brown spotting now and I wish someone can help me too!

I am really tired of it. I've been trying to conceive for almost two years and nothing is hapening.

I've had a laparoscopy last July and the doctor said the spotting will stop but nothing's changed since then. I've seen many many doctors and tried different medications and nothing is working.
