Struggling to cope with the pain..

I got diagnosed for endo on 14th December...I have a laparoscopy, and they bits removed, also had the coil fitted.

I had two weeks of pain free, was staring to get my life back and was planning to go back to work.

The last few weeks Iv had all of my symptoms back again, pain in my stomach, lower back. Problems with my bowels, bloating, constantly tired and drained and so on(too long to name them all)

the only thing that seems to help is heat, constant hot water bottle on my stomach.

My pain is that bad, that I don't work or leave my house. To go out I have to sit in a wheelchair.

I'm 19, depressed, in constant pain..im struggling a lot. I have an gynaecologist appointment on Monday (27th)

If anyone has any advice on pain? Iv tired paracetamol, ibuprofen, co codamol.. but the only thing that sort of helps is heat

You may want to see whether the coil is causing your pain. I got mine put in during my first op for stage 4 endo. The coil caused me significant pain down my legs and throughout my abdomen and back. It took around 9 months for it to settle in. The coil can perforate the uterus if it isn't inserted properly or moves around. I recommend you have this checked out immediately. Good luck and let us know how you get on x

I would get yourself to the doctors today and get them to check that your coil is in the correct place if it is then I'd ask for zapain 30/500 that's what I take for my pain they make me sleepy but pain is gone hope you get sorted soon

Are you seeing a general gyne or an endo specialist? I had similar sounding symptoms as welL asl sickness I could hardly get up the stairs. We saw a specialist and was told the zapain was probably irritating the endo on my bowel and causing some of the problems. I was put on amitriptyline and tramadol to see if it helped. It didn't at first took a good two weeks but I stopped being sick and the bowel pain has mostly stopped. I still get pain but it's more a dull pain. The other thing is diet try the endo diet as I've found eating certain things means my pain is worse with in an hour it's worth looking up and trying. Good luck x
