Your post looks amazing, I wish you loads of luck with your journey.

For me, endometriosis has truly tested me psychologically so using priniciples for managing depression, anxiety and pain have been most useful to me.

I have found I need to have exercise in some form in my life on a regular basis, so swimming and treating myself to a dip in the jacuzzi helps.

Mindfulness- Headspace( I tunes) has helped massively and being more compassionate with myself is an ongoing task.

I m also about to buy a TENS machine and try French pine bark so will keep you posted.
