Bowel and uterus stuck together

Hello

I had an operation to remove cysts on my ovaries in 2011. All went well until last year when I started with the worst period pain again. Started going to the doctors and having ultrasounds etc etc. I had an MRI on Friday and went to see my consultant today. I have another cyst on my ovary and my bowel and uterus are stuck together. I've tried all the pills etc for contraception apart from the coil. I don't know if to try the coil (although I have researched the coil and endometriosis and there aren't a lot of positive news on that) or if to have another laparoscopy. I can't deal with the pain but I'm really stuck with what to do next and I don't really have anyone else to discuss this with. Thank you in advance x
