Endo uterosacral ligament

Hello has anyone ever had their uterosacral liagaments removed? If so what are the risks? I'm due to have a second lap soon and the plan is to remove the ligaments with endo

hi SophP, just out of interest but are you with a BSGE specialist surgeon?ive not had mine cut out but I was operated on by a general surgeon who shouldn't have operated on them. I'm not medically trained so was wondering why they're cutting your ligaments out?

Hello, sorry I haven't replied sooner I didn't see it! I had diathermy on them in November but still have same symptoms (it wasn't a BSGE centre) I've now seen a consultant who is BSGE accredited and he excited endo from several places which included excising my US ligaments !! He said there's no risks ... xx
