Hi everyone,
After some major changes to my diet, i have started investigating coming off the pill. i have been reading a lot of articles about links with the pill and depression/anxiety, and i wonder has anyone come off the pill for this reason? What difference has it made? Also do you find that your endometriosis can be controlled without using the pill? The thought of not taking the pill is so daunting as its been my crutch for dealing with endo for years!!!
Who has decided to come off the pill? If so was it difficult?
