For bladder I use water drinking, piriton anti-histamines which weirdly help IC. Organic lady towels, stopping all shower cleansers and extreme care wiping after the lavatory have all helped as has the complete cessation of marital relations ( apologies for tmi).

I did have endo found in my bladder from cystoscopy but only a little apparently.

Frequency, urgency, problems going, horrible burning and infection like symptoms. It went on for 4 weeks and drove me insane. I had 3 negative infection blood tests and I initially thought it a kidney infection.

Thankfully I don't get cyclical bleeding just cloudy urine.

We thought it was interstitial cystitis which is associated with endo so I was a bit surprised any was actually found in the cystoscopy but there's only a little and I don't think the surgeon wants to do anything there at present.
