Zoladex after excision surgery

Hi

I had my lap in June to remove endo which was found on my uterosacral ligaments and a mirena coil was inserted. Unfortunately I'm still experiencing the same pain (Pelvic pain, abdominal pain and bloating)

I went back again to see my gynaecologist at the local bsge centre and as I have had problems with the combined pill and progesterone only pill they're recommending zoladex which I'm feeling very worried about.

Can anyone advise on side effects and how effective it is post surgery and whether it affects fertility in the long term and anything I need to be concerned about
