We finally seen a gyno nothing on the ultrasound.Tylenol and ibuprofen not working the doc thinks it may be Endo but doesn't want to do surgery they did ask me about birth control. I don't know what to do she is in so much pain.

Oh dear, bless her, it must be awful to be so young and struggling. She seems young to start on the pill/coil, but it could give some relief. Surely they could do a diagnostic laparascopy to see what is going on so that you are better informed to make decisions? As you mention Tylenol, I'm assuming you are in the US? If you are in the UK, then get GP to refer her to a BSGE centre as concerned re endo at such a young age.
Best of luck
Thanks for replying yes I am in the US. I can still speak on this site even though I'm not in the UK right. She is suffering but the doc wanted to try the pills to see how she responded before doing a lap. If their is no change guess we will go from there. She has back and chest pain also
