Don't trust my doctor..

hi all, bit of a dilemma for me at the moment. I had an appointment with my gp recently asking him to refer me to a BSGE centre. Had to basically argue with him to get him to agree. Had another unrelated appointment since where he claimed to have done said referral, but this was 2 weeks ago and I am yet to receive a letter about it. Do all places have online choose and book systems? If so I would assume is have heard back by now.

Not sure what to do, if he has not referred me as requested I want to complain, but the surgery is closing in January so not sure how to go about it :/

Can you ring the BSGE centre and check that they've got the referral? The centre I am being seen at is very slow to respond - it was weeks before I got an appointment letter. Not everywhere is using choose and book as far as I know.
