Getting pregnant

Hi, I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 18 years old after suffering with the symptoms for a couple of years. At 20 I had a surgical abortion (11 weeks). I was in an abusive relationship and not in a good place mentally or physically so it was for the best. My question is, have I affected my chances at getting pregnant again? As I am in a loving, committed relationship now and would love to have a baby in the not too distant future. Thank you :)

The best thing would be to see your GP - who could either answer or refer you to a gynaecologist. It would also depend on how much more the endometriosis has progressed.
