Ovaries feel like they are going to explode

Yes I have has a cyst on my ovaries for a year and a half this past few days have felt like my ovaries is going to explode and I think I should go to the doctor not for sure have any advice

It's so tough. I feel the same.. Horrible feeling like my left ovary wants to explode.

I find it's worse After bowel movement. Been back n forth to Drs. Just expect me to wait for op.! 6mnths still waiting. I would suggest an ultra scan if you haven't had one recently. I'm just medicated n pretty much useless. No vomiting or temperature so hoping I'll be ok?
