endom an the coil

Hello I have Grade 4 Endo and I suffer very badly with it..I have the Marina coil in which I have to have removed every 3 years. I went few weeks ago to Gp to get it removed only for her to say she could not find it,so I got sent to the hospital to see gyne only to be told again that she could not find it too. so she arraged a scan which I had last week and it's still inside me..Now they want to put me asleep for a hysterososcopy. But my worry now is will they damage my inside while pulling it out as they think the endo is on my bowle now too as a few years they wanted to do a full hysterectomy only to find they would damage my bowle.. any help please
