Zoladex injections and pins and needles

Hi all. Just wondering whether any of you have found a way of dealing with pins and needles on zoladex injections. They are getting worse and are affecting my sleep so much as the pain of pins and needles wakes me up so many times. The zoladex is controlling my endo symptoms to a point- much less pain from endo but struggling to make a phonecall, type, eat meals etc because the pins and needles in my hands is so bad.
