I'm on the Progesterone pill 'Norlutate' and the exact day last month I got a migraine, and it was also the day I 1st took the pill in July.
I used to never get migraines but now they're a monthly thing. Is there a reason for this?

I only started suffering migraines in my thirties (now 45) and they were always linked to my cycle in some way and any contraceptive pill made them worse.
They only stopped when I had hysterectomy and both ovaries removed.
No one ever believes me they were hormone related but clearly they were. All part of endo and everything else that messes with our hormone levels.
It's about finding the right balance of hormones so try a different pill or none or even HRT with it. Don't go as drastic as me as endo pain still there.
