I work in a nursery with the babies so clearly I spend a lot of my day with a child in my arms and am used to this.
Today I went from sitting on the floor to standing whilst holding a one year old and felt an excruciating pain throughout my lower abdomen.
The way I can describe it was like an elastic band had snapped and sent stabbing pain through my whole stomach. The child had to be taken from me as I froze and couldn't move and now the pain is coming and going...should I be worried?
New to all this but not new to the pain!
