I had endo removed 2 and a half months ago..

I have had endometriosis for 16 years and I recently had it all removed. Even though I've been sterilised they have put the mirina coil in to help aswell since the op I've been pain free which has been amazing but I have felt weak emotional and exhausted could this be the coil? I've never had any format of chemical hormone as I also suffer with migraines really badly so I don't know the effects of them. It's really putting a huge strain on me as I have 5 children to look after I just feel so lethargic all the time.
