Cyclical symptoms

Hi all!

Does anyone else feel that their symptoms are cyclical? Mine seem to go in 3 month cycles. The lower back and hip pain and fatigue are always there now but the pain and heavy bleed seem to change. This last period was long and heavy, extremely heavy, but relatively less painful (however still extremely painful just not as much as usual). I think that my next one would be heavy and short but excruciating...however I won't know as I'm going in for my lap on 21/9. Just wondering if it's the same for anyone else? X

Sometimes I feel that my symptoms are very tempremental... Like they have their own mood swings. Some periods are delightful and the symptoms are milder, but others can be severe. I'm not sure why it happens though :/
