Hi guys

I had surgery on Monday which found endometriosis and cysts. Since last night I'm aching all over. Feels like my bones are aching and my hormones are through the roof. Is this to be expected after laparotomy? X

Hi Kimberley, it's perfectly normal. Remember you've just had surgery and it will take a while for your body to heal and your emotions to settle down.

Just because you only have very small scars on the outside a lot was done on the inside, so be gentle on yourself and take things easy. You will get there.
