Castor oil pack

Do you add anything to the castor oil? I've tried tiger balm and that helped.

Ooh, interested to see what you think? I have read about this but never tried. I have tried tiger balm as cupcake suggests but I expected it to heat up but it actually felt cold and I didn't like it!! But maybe that's just me, my hubby said it felt hot?! Smells lovely!

I make my own creams with coconut oil, olive oil and essential oils, is it like that?

I have done the castor oil pack, although very messy it works for me. Just remember to but towel down wear your laying as it does stain. I find a wheat bag works better then a hot water bottle for supplying the heat x

I think it was a bit of a help. I destroyed my sweats but I think it worked better than the painkillers.

Hi I made up my own massage oil grape seed oil clary sage oil and lavender oil never tried caster oil pack but might be worth a try

It's supposed to help with urinary tract infections too. Google it! I'm willing to try anything at this stage!

Yes I love these! I use a few drops of a endo related essential oil like progessence plus on my skin first then I lay the castor oil pack over it. So comforting! And they claim it can break up scar tissue which is wonderful! It also detoxes!
