Is anyone taking Visanne for endometriosis?​

Hi there,

I am diagnosed to have endometriosis last month ,Dr prescribed visanne 2mg per day.My pain got better but as soon as I got my next period , the pain came back .I read somewhere 4mg can also be used in severe cases but not sure how to take i.e, 2mg twice daily or 4mg once a day.If anyone of you has any experience with visanne please do share.
