Hi folks, hope you are all having a pain free day! I was just wondering if any of you experience quite severe nausea and dizziness/ exhaustion? I've recently come off the cerazette pill (6 weeks ago) and have been feeling terrible since. It's almost what I assume morning sickness feels like!

I had both too before my surgery on June 10. Right after the surgery my nausea is gone completely. The dizziness/vertigo is still here, esp when I am tired. We will see.
I get a lot of nausea / dizziness and very bad exhaustion and fatigue, it will start around the time ovulating and getting even worse when my period starts .. I've not really found anything that will help ease it unfortunatly but you're not alone xx
Hi. I too suffer with horrendous dizziness. I'm 5 days into my period and I started feeling dizzy about 5-7 days before and I'm still off balance today. Yesterday was awful, I had to lie down for an hour until I felt confident enough to sit up. I don't feel as bad today but not 100% I feel like I'm on a boat in very choppy waters. My calves ache and I think that's because I'm putting stress on my legs trying to keep upright. Just out of interest do you get headaches before or during the dizzies. I started with like a shimmering aura about a week ago, then a three day headache, then dizziness. It could possibly be menstrual migraines? Hope you're having a better day today x
