Decapeptyl, bleeding and pain

I've been on decapeptyl and livial for a while now - had my 5th injection last monday. After the third and 4th injections, I had bleeding and some pain in the week before the next shot was due (around the time my period would have shown up). The first time i happened, I went to see the consultant who said as long as I didn't have bad pain, he wasn't worried.

It's only been a week since my last injection and I'm now bleeding again and my pain today has been bad :/ I rang the hospital and left a message, but no-one got back to me so I'm guessing my best option is to try the GP tomorrow.

Has anyone else had this problem, and is it the livial?
