Microscopic endometriosis

Hi all,

I had a lap in November, where a large amount of endo was removed. I felt better for a few weeks but then got ill again - periods are horrendous, pain midway through my cycle, etc, etc.

Just been back to see my consultant and he says that it's down to microscopic endo (ie, endo you can only see under a microscope). I am hopeful the pill should help with symptoms but was wondering if anyone else has any experience of this and any self-management techniques?
