Hi,

Congratulations!

You must be so proud and excited and tired all at once lol.

I would suggest that as you are breastfeeding, you are progesterone dominant at the moment which is good.

It slows the endo down this time during and after the birth.

I would say have this time with your newborn as it cannot be replaced and regain some strength to deal with this next stage.

Im not sure how long you intend to breastfeed, but i wld plan to have some assistance with the baby in a few months.

The baby will also be more robust by then and be able to be looked after by family,if necessary while you recover.

Relax at this time your progesterone is buying you a small window at this time.

Kind regards

Rose
