please can you help me i am having pain in my Bladder and Bowel at the same time the pain is bad i have told my doctor about it all he said is to take pain killers i have Emphysema i think as i have this the doctor doesn't care about me with the pain the pain is getting me down so bad i just fell like ending it all i just wont my life back with no more pain
