Questions for gynae appt and experiences please

So I am due to have my ureteral stent removed next week and then a repeat renogram I assume in a couple of months to check my kidney function (will know more when I see my urology consultant on 16th June). I am currently half way through 6months of zoladex to see if that helps my endo to regress.

I am 37 in a couple of weeks, single and would dearly love to have a family, which I'm probably gonna have to do on my own and promptly tbh!

I am seeing my gynaecologist on June 7th and just wondered what questions I should ask about fertility etc. It will be the first time I've seen him since my surgery in February. I had a lap and removal of my left ovary and tube with large endometrioma plus division of adhesions. I have endo on my left ureter which is blocked, hence the stent placement. I also understand its on my descending colon, uterosacral ligament and some in the right side ovarian fossa.

I am concerned I may not have long to have a baby, if that's a possibility at all!! I am happy to do it on my own and can afford to go private for fertility treatment.

Just wondered if anyone else has had an experience similar to this and any advice would be welcome. Thanks X
