PID, Endo, Adenomyosis, I need help please & no sugar coats

This will be bullet pointed as no energy for effort :

. 2nd diagnostic lap today

. Last year told stage 3/4

. Today was found : ONE active endo spot

2 cysts on ovary

Extra large womb (?!)

Lots of scarring

Pelvic Immlamatory disease

Possible Adenomyosis

Left ovary adhered down

I went private & trust him 100%. He said 'WHo told you that you were that stage?, you are stage 1, pushing stage 2!'

So. My question is, what chance have I got at children? At no more pain? At life?

Anyone else with all 3? Or PID and endo?
