Hiya - I was wondering how many of you wonderful ladies use hot water bottles and, if so, how often? Xx

I use my hot water bottle a lot, especially at night on my lower back or the bottom of my stomach. I find this and Paracetomol helps me sleep when I am getting pains x

I have a hot water bottle on my abdomen as I am writing this! I have not been diagnosed with endometriosis however there's a lot of investigative work such as blood tests/internal examinations taking place! My mum is a nurse and she said hot water bottles are great, they make you feel a little better and everybody I know with gastrointestinal disorders/gynacological diseases use them as and when! I don't think there is a limit xx

I use a heat pack when I'm home and at school, and re-heat it continuously. It seems to make a small improvement pain wise xx

I have an electric heat pad at home and one at work - ordered a spare this week as I'd be lost if one broke!!

No spills from an electric one

I'm the same as jelly cat. I have a heat pad for work and a heat cushion for home. I wouldn't be without them. I think you can buy them in Argos. I bought mine in lidl/aldi.

Not just no spills but no constantly getting up to fill a kettle either.

Hope you get relief soon.

X
