Excision surgery whilst trying for a baby..?

Hi all, currently trying for a baby and seeing a fertility specialist to see if I will have any trouble. In so much pain each month and I want to have the excision surgery but not sure if they will advise it. Anyone had similar experience? I had a lap but was only to diagnosis as paid privately for it.

Hi, I had excision surgery before trying to get pregnant. My consultant thought the surgery would improve my fertility. I had quite extensive surgery so had to wait several months before we tried in order for my body to heal. Once we started trying I got pregnant straight away. I had/have severe endo, PCOS and a partially septated uterus so fertility/pregnancy were a massive concern.

You may be able to conceive without surgery, you would have to speak to them. I just chose to have it because I was sick of the pain and was worried about the pain after I had a baby.
