Hi, someone suggested I pick up this book (available on iBooks too) "Stop Endometriosis And Pelvic Pain" by Andrew S. Cook. I'm 3/4 of the way through and it's filled with info from a knowledgeable, caring, practicing Doctor. It gives insight into diet, diagnosis, pre-op, surgical procedures, post-op, medications and more. I find it an incredible read. It won't solve everyone's issues, but it can be an essential guide during your journey. I purchased it from Amazon and highly recommend it.

Hi, I'm in the US so I could only find it on Amazon, iTunes and eBay. I imagine major bookstores may carry it, but would call first. I see you're in the UK right? The cheapest I've seen it is in the iTunes Store for iPhone and iPad.
