Very heavy bleeding on cerazette

So I'm off to see gyne. Today I've bleed very heavy now for 5 days very painful and I've already had my period about a week ago ! Amazes me how much blood one women can loose. I don't know if cerrezzete is helping or making me worse now. I've had ultrasound that was clear internal and external, gonna ask for an internal examination today and mabey I'm gonna have to ask for lap refferal and stop the cerrezzete! Don't know what to do will need something for the bleeding tho as I can't walk from one place to another without flooding 😢
