Endo after a hysterectomy,

Hi girls,

Just a quick question, after you have had a full hysterectomy, ovaries left in, does the remaining endo still bleed monthly? trying to work out if there is a pattern to my pain,

But as I don't get periods any more it's hard to figure out,

You could try tracking your "cycle" this may give you an idea when you are ovulating, see if you can work out a pattern of your symptoms then. You need to buy a basal / fertility thermometer and take your temp as described here, fertilityfriend.com/courses... you can use the Fertility Friend app or website to track it all.
